Everybody Water Co-Founder, Kimberly Reilly takes us through  a touching founder tale of her development to empower women, make change globally, and educate communities on creating their own clean water sources.


Everybody Water's Mission: We are challenging businesses to join us in supporting solutions that uplift women & girls globally in the most fundamental way.... by ensuring they have running water and sanitation in their homes so they no longer have to spend all day collecting water and instead have the time to attend school, earn incomes and thrive.

About our guest, Kimberly Reilly:
Kimberly Reilly is co-founder of Everybody Water.  With a background in design from Parsons School of Design/Smithsonian Institutions she leads the branding efforts at Everybody Water among many other roles in a start-up.  She has been able to see clean water infrastructure projects first-hand in Honduras and Bangladesh and is passionate about the critical difference infrastructure makes for women & girls.  

Megan Hayes, co-founder, formerly led recruitment for major companies like Microsoft and handles much of the operational roles at Everybody Water.  Growing up in Egypt and Thailand she witnessed the global water crisis up close and feels the incredible journey that is Everybody Water is bringing her full circle.  Kimberly and Megan are not only business partners but friends and next door neighbors with four daughters among them.  They are determined to show their daughters we can all make an impact in improving the lives of others.
