About our guest, Kimberly Reilly:
Kimberly Reilly is co-founder of Everybody Water. With a background in design from Parsons School of Design/Smithsonian Institutions she leads the branding efforts at Everybody Water among many other roles in a start-up. She has been able to see clean water infrastructure projects first-hand in Honduras and Bangladesh and is passionate about the critical difference infrastructure makes for women & girls.
Megan Hayes, co-founder, formerly led recruitment for major companies like Microsoft and handles much of the operational roles at Everybody Water. Growing up in Egypt and Thailand she witnessed the global water crisis up close and feels the incredible journey that is Everybody Water is bringing her full circle. Kimberly and Megan are not only business partners but friends and next door neighbors with four daughters among them. They are determined to show their daughters we can all make an impact in improving the lives of others.
